INKOMPASS paid internship for college students is an outstanding internship program. By joining our Operations function in Yangsan you will DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity.
You will be given the opportunity to:

   - Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills

   - Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

  - Receive personalized feedback and COACHING

If you perform well and meet all criteria during the INKOMPASS paid internship program, you may receive a job offer with PMI even before you graduate!

WHO CAN APPLY

We look for candidates who are:

   - Proficient in English

   - University students graduated in 2019 or 2020 or expected to graduate in February 2021

   - For those applying to Production, Quality, Health & Safety, Science or Engineering major is preferred but not required. All other function preferences do not require any specific major.

HOW DO I APPLY?

The application steps are the following:

1. Complete the online application by clicking APPLY NOW. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

2. Complete the online test that will assess your

- Analytical Skills / Problem Solving Ability / Ability to draw logical conclusion and tackle problems based on facts

- Customer Centricity/ Innovation that Matters / Personal Growth Mindset and Communication

3. Participate in a Virtual assessment, the final stage of the recruitment process. During the Virtual Assessment, we will meet virtually and get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current Philip Morris International employees. If you are successful, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!
