Got questions about INKOMPASS global internship program? We're here to answer them all.

A If you apply and are accepted to an INKOMPASS internship in a country that is not your primary country of residence, you will be responsible for covering any expenses that may arise in order for you to be present and available in the internship country for the duration of each cycle.

If, on the other hand, we send you to another country for business purposes, then all related expenses will be covered.

A The application steps are the following:

1. Complete the online application by clicking APPLY NOW. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

2. Complete the digital-interview. If you meet the criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

3. Complete General Ability online test.

4. Participate in the virtual on-ground assessment (VOGA), the final stage of the recruitment process. During the VOGA, we will meet face-to-face and get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current Philip Morris International employees. If you meet the criteria, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!

AHireVue video interview is a digital interview that allows you to introduce yourself and your capabilities to us. HireVue enables you to complete your interview in your own time from the comfort of your own space. During the interview, we will be asking you a few questions on the competencies that you will have to demonstrate to become a successful intern at Philip Morris International.

AIf you are not satisfied with your answer, you have the option to re-record it. If you choose that option, remember your second recording will be final and you will have to submit it.

AOnce your interview is completed, the system will translate your recording into text by analysing your response. We do not consider other factors such as facial features but the scoring is solely done on things you say.

A No, unfortunately, virtual OGA is held once per year only.

A Yes. You will be informed of your application progress during each step of the process by your registered email. Whether or not you meet the criteria to progress on to the next application step, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your status. If you do not hear back from us within 2-3 weeks of completing an application step, please contact us at contact@inkompass.global

A Internship starts on 16 August 2021 and finishes on 15 December 2021. There's no flexibility with the dates.

A All INKOMPASS interns will work under the same conditions as other PMK employees in terms of working hours - from 8:30 am till 5 pm with 30 minutes lunch break, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday). Also Philip Morris Kazakhstan offers a Flexability approach, by which you can choose the most suitable working hours.

A Yes, the INKOMPASS internship offers a very competitive salary.

A Depending on the project scope and expected deliverables, projects may require individual or group work. In any case, you can be sure that all projects will be meaningful, challenging, and give you the opportunity to showcase and further develop your skills, whether it is in an individual or group setting.

A Every INKOMPASS intern will receive day-to-day guidance and support from their COACH, who has the same function as a supervisor. He / she will introduce you to your projects, clarify expectations, guide you on a day-to-day basis, and provide you with feedback.

In addition, you will also receive support from:

- Your PROJECT SPONSOR, who will ensure you have everything you need in terms of resources and budget to execute your proposals;

- Your BUDDY, who will help you answer general questions and network with different people and departments in the company.

A You will complete a project with a definite scope and deliverables, based on which you will be assessed. We believe that both WHAT you achieve / deliver and HOW you do so is important. This is why you will also be assessed on the behaviors you display which should be aligned with our company’s work ethics.

Throughout the experience you will receive feedback and guidance so that you understand what is expected of you. The final assessment will take place at the end of internship cycle.

A Your COACH and PROJECT SPONSOR will provide you with feedback throughout your INKOMPASS experience.

We also highly value your insights, feedback, and ideas, so please share them with us as well.

A Yes, if the internship meets the requirements specified by the university.

A If you successfully complete the INKOMPASS internship and meet the required performance standards, you may receive a job offer or recommendation letter from your Coach.
