INKOMPASS is a global internship program by Philip Morris International that enables you to discover yourself by working in a creative, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment. When you intern with us, you will be given an opportunity to:

Who can apply? We are looking for students who are:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Undergraduate students of 2024 in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or any other field
- Eager to learn & open minded
- Excellent team players

Application
Go to the “Explore Opportunities” page and select your country of internship. Visit your country page and check the internships available. Review the details and apply for the opportunity you want.

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for
Join the Commercial Team to experience working in one of the most dynamic business environments – Trade Marketing, Commercial Deployment, Direct/Indirect Channels are just some of the areas that will be covered in your journey with the Philip Morris Team. You will support different team activities such as modernization of the trade engagement part, Reduced Risk Products expansion channels, e-ordering and tele sales development to get rounded experience, while being fully responsible for one project in portfolio/channel management. Become part of truly international, dynamic Team based in Guatemala not only to support the country but the Central America North region.
As a part of the Finance team, you will actively support the Accounting Team and projects. Through this exciting opportunity you will be collaborating with different stakeholders across our Central America and Caribbean markets.
Do you see yourself in Supply Chain? By joining this internship you will work along with our production teams on tasks related to brand allocation, frequency monitoring and action planning. You will gain an understanding of how large systems operate in a global environment.
