INKOMPASS is a unique internship program at Philip Morris International (PMI) In Georgia that enables you to DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity. With our paid internship in Georgia, you will be given the opportunity to:
- Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills
- Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK
- Receive personalized feedback and COACHING
Who can apply for the paid internships in Georgia? For the summer internships in Georgia, we are looking for students who are:
- Georgian Native speaker, Fluent in English
- University students in their last year of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or graduates of 2022 & 2023
- Have a thirst for learning and are willing to boost their career

Evaluation
If you meet the criteria, you'll be invited for a digital interview which will evaluate your communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Clear the interview to take an online assessment to evaluate your analytical skills.

In-person Assessment Day
If you were successful with step 2 you will get invited to an in-person assessment day, where you will participate in team activities, one on one interviews with PMI experts, and engage with other fellow candidates for paid internships in Georgia!

Internship Offer
Selected candidates will receive an internship offer from us. At the end of the program, you will receive a certification for INKOMPASS Program Completion.

Projects we are accepting applications for
As a part of the Portfolio team, you will actively support portfolio planning efforts and commercialization initiatives by contributing with fresh ideas to marketing plans. You will participate in the preparation of Marketing campaigns and collaborate with different stakeholders (creative agencies and internal stakeholders) while supporting the development of communication plans, campaigns, and product launches.
We are in search of a talented mind to join our key accounts management stream. You’ll be involved in analysis of direct shipments, logistics and their results, communication with our key accounts, controlling the trade-marketing commitments of our partners and many more.
Do you see yourself in Supply Chain? By joining this internship you will work along with our production teams on tasks related to brand allocation, frequency monitoring and action planning. You will gain understanding of how large systems operate in a global environment.
As a Smoke-Free Products Acquisition intern you will lead Performance management for Boots on the ground.
As a Smoke-Free Products Retention intern you will support and monitoring of the Trade-in program deployment.
As a Smoke-Free Products Marketing intern you will support of SFP omnichannel brand & product communication campaign development.
