How has been your experience of working with PMI so far?

PMI has been welcoming and appreciative since I joined the organization. It trusted me with ownership and gave me complete responsibility for my project. This helped me gain practical knowledge and understand how to tackle real business challenges. Meeting a diverse set of people also has been an exciting part of the job. Having conversations with them transformed me and shaped my growth. The advice I got from my mentors during my internships has helped me in understanding PMI’s vision.

What was your key learning as an INKOMPASS intern?

My mentor emphasized the importance of time management. Even though we all have the same 24 hours, everyone utilizes them differently. I learned to utilize them in the most effective way at INKOMPASS. Now, I can invest my time wisely and focus on my goals. I always think and plan how I should invest my time every day, every week, and every month.
