DEPARTMENTS WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR

As a Marketing intern you will have the chance to work either in the Marketing Communications Team or the Product Marketing Team. In the Marketing Communications Team, you will support the content creation and project management of our brands across multiple channels including Paid Media, Social Media, etc.
In the Product Marketing Team, you will support the product deployment processes to meet current and forecasted demand, responding to the needs of legal age consumers, coordinating with key stakeholders, briefing, and aligning commercial & back-office teams.

As an IT intern you will have the chance to work either in the B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer) or EAD (Enterprise Analytics and Data) teams. You will focus on gathering, documenting, and adjusting business process information to support the development of business systems solutions.

As a P&C intern you will work with our People Engagement team focusing on internal communications. You will help us to innovate our approach to communication as we continue to shape our corporate culture by moving to further integrate a Consumer Centric mindset, new hybrid way of working and transform how we communicate within the company.

As an External Affairs intern you will assist the Communications and/or Government Relations & Sustainability streams. Working in the Communications Team, you will support the corporate communications such as media relations, digital media, editorial calendars, social media content administration, etc.
Working in the Government Relations & Sustainability Team, you will assist with stakeholder identification & engagement, including researching & assessing third-party organizations, identifying potential memberships or partnerships, updating contact information, etc.

As a Commercial intern you will have the chance to work either in the Key Accounts Team or the Customer Care Team. In the Key Accounts Team, you will be active in supporting the Team, assisting with the implementation, and tracking of programs and trade activities of our products portfolio.
In the Customer Care Team, you will work closely with the team leading call center operations to create and fine tune an all-inclusive approach to agents briefing and knowledge management, including working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with local legislation and in alignment with Global Best Practices.

As a Consumer intern you will have the chance to work for the Consumer Journey team or the Consumer Loyalty team. In the Consumer Journey team, you will work on identifying the pain points and needs of legal age consumers along the consumer journey and in the Consumer Loyalty team you will work on developing and building loyalty programs to address the needs of legal age consumers.

As a Finance intern you will be part of the Risk Control Team and you will be part of our annual risk assessment process to identify and mitigate risks. You will be part of the planning, execution and reporting of the review and or advisory assigned to you. Also, you will identify, assess, monitor, and recommend other mitigating controls to other key risks within the business and contribute to continuous risk identification by sharing information and insights.

As a part of the Supply Chain organization, you will work with the team to automate and digitalize reporting requirements and S&OP meetings content. You will also seek continuous enhancements in the content by integrating inputs from the collaborative planning processes with internal stakeholders.

  4. Participate in virtual on-ground assessment (VOGA), the final stage of the recruitment process. During the VOGA, we will meet virtually and get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current RBH employees. If you meet the criteria, we may invite you to be an INKOMPASS intern!
