THE INKOMPASS PROGRAM - WHY SHOULD I APPLY?

INKOMPASS is a unique 2-cycle paid summer internship program at Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International (PMI) which enables you to DISCOVER yourself through challenges and cultural diversity. You will be given the opportunity to:

- Work on REAL BUSINESS PROJECTS that will help you develop portable skills

- Build an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

- Receive personalized feedback and COACHING

If you perform well and meet all criteria during the internship program, you may receive a job offer with RBH even before you graduate!

INKOMPASS PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

The INKOMPASS program has two cycles
- The first cycle will give you the opportunity to discover the different aspects of our company (operations, people and culture, etc.) through projects that will require you to interact with people from different functions/departments.
- The second cycle will provide you with the opportunity to experience a deep dive into a specific department or functional area. You will achieve this by working on a business project that will allow you to discover this particular function’s challenges, opportunities, processes and systems.
- Potential opportunity in the final cycle is to receive a full-time job opportunity with RBH

WHO CAN APPLY?

We look for candidates for the student summer internship who meet the following criteria:
- Must have 1 or 2 years remaining to graduate: Target Graduation Year: 2020 or 2021.
- University and College Undergraduate students
- Eligibility subject to passing online assessments
- All applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Students applying for Sales roles must have access to a reliable vehicle and possess a Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass criminal background check

HOW DO I APPLY?

The application steps are the following:


1.Complete the online application by clicking APPLY NOW. If you meet the above criteria, you will be invited to the next step.

2.Complete two online tests:
- A Numerical Test will assess your ability to manage and analyze data
- A Situational Judgment Test (SJT), also called Intern Talent Screener (INKOMPASS Only) Test, will assess your decision-making abilities on a wide variety of
  simulated scenarios

You will be sent one online assessment as a start to complete. If you pass the first online assessment, you will then receive the second online assessment to complete. If you pass both online assessments, you will be invited to the next step which is to participate in a video interview where you will be asked a few questions and you will have to be creative in answering those questions. If you meet the video criteria, you will then be invited to the next step.

3.Participate in an on-ground assessment (OGA), the final stage of the recruitment process. During the OGA, we will meet face-to-face and get to learn more about each other. You will have a chance to showcase your skills in business cases and team activities, network with other applicants, and meet current Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH) employees. If you meet the criteria at the OGA, you will then be invited to join the INKOMPASS Program as an INKOMPASS intern!
